Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, coldcalling, and customer referrals
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop sales strategies and tactics
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Ability to measure windows and doors
- Use of company vehicle
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in outside residential window/door sales
- Proven sales success and a strong understanding of the residential window and door industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Project management experience is a benefit
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay:
- Hourly pay plus commission
