Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, coldcalling, and customer referrals
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop sales strategies and tactics
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Ability to measure windows and doors
  • Use of company vehicle

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in outside residential window/door sales
  • Proven sales success and a strong understanding of the residential window and door industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Project management experience is a benefit
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay:


  • Hourly pay plus commission
