Bi-lingual Sales Professional - Real Estate

Are you an energetic and dynamic sales professional with a passion for helping others achieve their dreams? Are you fluent in both French and English, and eager to join a top-performing real estate team? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you

Our company is looking for a bi-lingual sales professional to join our Montreal-based real estate team.

We offer extensive training and support to help you succeed in this exciting and rewarding industry, as well as a generous commission package that rewards your hard work and results.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to help them find their dream home or investment property
  • Conduct market research and stay uptodate on the latest real estate trends and developments
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and advice throughout the buying or selling process
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are always protected
  • Attend networking events and build a strong referral network to help grow your business

Requirements:


  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Selfmotivated and driven to achieve results
