Reports to:
Accounts Payable Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Uploading and processing invoices in Verification Station
Communicating with subsidiaries and vendors on inquiries
Processing nonPO and PO invoices in OnBase and JDE
Processing invoices in all other applicable queues in OnBase
Reviewing issue queues in OnBase and determining corrective action when necessary
Administration of shared accounts payable Outlook inbox
Reconciliation of vendor statements
Inquiring with vendors on missing invoices based on statement reconciliation
Communicating with Accounts Payable Supervisors on accounts payable issues that arise
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Accounts Payable Supervisors
Other accounts payable related projects assigned by Corporate Controller and/or VP Finance

Qualifications

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Clear and effective communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe software
Ability to work will in a fast paced, collaborative, and teambased environment
Adaptability to a changing work environment

Experience

Entry level position
No accounts payable or accounting experience required
Ideal for newly graduated (diploma or degree program) post secondary students looking to gain experience in a Finance and Accounting Department
