Accounts Payable Supervisor
- Key Responsibilities
- Uploading and processing invoices in Verification Station
- Communicating with subsidiaries and vendors on inquiries
- Processing nonPO and PO invoices in OnBase and JDE
- Processing invoices in all other applicable queues in OnBase
- Reviewing issue queues in OnBase and determining corrective action when necessary
- Administration of shared accounts payable Outlook inbox
- Reconciliation of vendor statements
- Inquiring with vendors on missing invoices based on statement reconciliation
- Communicating with Accounts Payable Supervisors on accounts payable issues that arise
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Accounts Payable Supervisors
- Other accounts payable related projects assigned by Corporate Controller and/or VP Finance
- Qualifications
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe software
- Ability to work will in a fast paced, collaborative, and teambased environment
- Adaptability to a changing work environment
- Experience
- Entry level position
- No accounts payable or accounting experience required
- Ideal for newly graduated (diploma or degree program) post secondary students looking to gain experience in a Finance and Accounting Department
