Position Description Summary

Principal Accountabilities
Maintain inventory data integrity and tracks accuracy of inventory.
Research root cause of inventory discrepancies by extracting data and using supplier inventory data.
Design implement and test internal controls, documentation, reporting, training, systems and solutions to drive inventory accuracy.
Establish partnership with client and operations to build inventory accuracy.
Develop and maintain cycle counts activities/annual count by leading counting activities, variance reporting and reconciliation of counting cycle.

Challenge the status quo by developing and recommending modification to existing processes and methodologies with a constant focus on continuous improvement.

Develop and manage and implement weekly analysis reporting.
Ensure compliance with OHS procedures and practices.
Set up Customers in WHMS.
Daily communication with transportation companies and customer.
Liaise with internal departments and clients.
Data entry of shipping costs and customer information.
Receiving orders through fax, phone and EDI.
Scheduling appointments.
Various customer related and administrative duties as needed.


Qualification

Knowledge and Skills
3-5 years in a fast paced environment with a proven track record
GMP trained
Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS office, specifically excel
Team orientated individual able to work constructively and cooperatively with team members as well as with other departments.
Strong attention to detail and quality focused.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to conduct the root cause analysis and proactively analyze finding and identify opportunities for improvement.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A high degree of initiative and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
Excellent knowledge of overall warehousing processes.
Strong computer skills.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent problem solving and time management skills
Detail orientated and excellent time management with the ability to multitask
