We have an exciting opportunity in our Supply Chain Function. This role is based out of our Mississauga Head Office location (60% in-office, 40% remote).

General summary


The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for providing supply chain analytics and support to the Campbell Company of Canada organization strengthening our end-to-end Supply Chain performance through detailed analysis & insights, scorecard management, continuous improvement mindset and implementing efficient process based on the best practices maximizing the cost and service benefit.

Primary Responsibilities

1.(40%) Business Analytics

  • Develop and maintain analytics to turn insights into action.
  • Identify benchmarking that support key supply chain initiatives in the areas of transportation and warehousing, service, and total delivered cost optimization.
  • Provide input to develop strategic customer programs.
  • Develop analyses to support the justification of Campbells Canada Supply Chain margin innovation projects as well as ad hoc analyses supporting day to day operations.
2.(30%) Utilize analytics and reporting capabilities

  • Be a power user for existing business intelligence/data systems (e.g. SAP, Envision, Power BI).
  • Enhance analytical/reporting capabilities in Customer Logistics.
  • Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) scorecard reports for Transportation, Warehousing and Logistic Operations functions.
3.(20%)Business Execution Support

  • Support execution of Customer Logistics initiatives and/or projects within the customer facing Supply Chain.
  • Support special or onetime projects and/or process Improvement initiatives
  • Support execution and reporting of the Reverse Logistics and SMOG
4.(10%) Business Case Development

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess operational challenges.
  • Develop a value proposition to drive organizational change and process improvement.
Complexity & Scope


This position will collaborate with stakeholders from Customer Supply Chain, Transportation & Distribution, Sales, Finance and Supply Planning and Demand- Must perform a variety of financial functions including, but not limited to, corporate finance, planning, budgeting, and detailed financial analysis.- Ability to interpret complex data and provide data in a meaningful format to management review.- Ability to manage multiple agendas and driving decisions through influencing without authority.- Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Timeline to action may be tight and require significant cross-functional coordination.

Minimum Requirements


Education:

Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business or related field required


Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or collaborative logistics preferred

  • Effective knowledge of SAP strongly preferred.
  • Effective experience managing customer inventory and managing to key service metrics desired.
  • Exceptional project management and collaborative alignment capabilities preferred.
  • Effective proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Exceptional Excel proficiency.
