About us
We are an Infant and Toddler in-home childcare provider, with a maximum of 8 children enrolled. Our curriculum is Reggio Emilia inspired and we aim to provide a caring and inclusive environment for young children
Job Summary:
Duties:
- Plan and implement ageappropriate activities to meet the emotional, physical, intellectual, and social needs of the children.
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Develop and maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Monitor and assess student progress to provide individualized instruction when necessary.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Infant and Toddler ECE certificate required
- Special Needs certificate preferred
- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively
- Leadership qualities to guide and inspire young learners
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance learning experiences
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
