Fionn McCool's is searching for Servers to join our team in Ajax.

Our menu is driven by made-in-pub food, offering a balance between traditional Pub fare and innovative recipes.

It's more than you would expect from a typical pub, and so we are seeking more than just your typical people.

Responsibilities:

Interact with Guests and suggest items that meet their needs
Deliver an unpretentious, sociable experience
Process orders and payments in a timely manner
Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
Promote and engage all Guests in Local and National promotions
Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience as a server in a franchised environment
Provincial Responsible Alcohol Service training mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, personable and confident with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work flexible shifts
Thrive on working in a fastpaced environment
