Job Description:

Assistant Parts Manager duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting and building rapport with our valued clients
  • Accurately looking up parts for technician, retail, and wholesale accounts in a timely manner
  • Shipping and receiving of large volume orders including tires
  • Effectively communicating with our technicians and service department to ensure our clients needs are met
  • Keeping our clients updated on their parts status and providing quotes for any necessary repairs or maintenance items
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets set by the dealership and Toyota Canada

Qualifications:


  • Westminster Toyota is looking for an energetic and outgoing individual who loves to provide a premium service experience to guests
  • Listens and delivers clear messages to customers
  • Loves being part of a team and works well with others
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment due to amazing organisational skills staying on top of all paperwork and managing time effectively
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Reynolds & Reynolds computer experience an asset
  • Westminster Toyota is willing to train the a person who exhibits the right qualities for this job
