Your mission

Conduct visits with clients, providing a high level of service that highlights the benefits and amenities of the project
Schedule appointments and ensure followups to achieve established objectives
Manage the documentation and processes related to the signing of leases
Participate in the organization and promotion of events (open houses, launches, trade shows, etc.)
Develop business development strategies in collaboration with management
Comply with corporate standards in terms of presentation and cleanliness
Perform any other related tasks

Our offer

Highly stimulating job for someone passionate about customer service, without any direct solicitations (cold calls)
Base salary starting from $55,000 with competitive bonuses up to an annual total of $75,000
