Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards
  • Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Experience:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Knowledge of food service industry practices and procedures
  • Experience in food handling and preparation
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
  • Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and inventory management
  • Previous experience in bartending is a plus
