Compétences

Avoir des aptitudes marquées pour diriger et motiver une équipe de travail et avoir le désir de se développer.
Posséder des aptitudes en résolution de problème; avoir la capacité à réagir et à prendre des décisions.
Faire preuve d'écoute, démontrer des compétences en communication et être un agent de changement.
Avoir des aptitudes marquées pour offrir du coaching de qualité et motiver les gens.
Posséder un bon sens de l'organisation et de la planificaiton permettant de répondre aux besoins du magasin.
Avoir de solides compétences administratives.
Avoir la capacité d'établir des priorités et d'obtenir des résultats.
Avoir un souci constant d'offrir un service et des produits de qualité et satisfaire les besoins de la clientèle.

- Être dynamique, créatif et avoir un sens des responsabilités et un esprit d'initiative.

Expérience

Au moins deux ans d'expérience dans le secteur du commerce de détail.
Connaissance et expérience pertinentes de la fonction (un atout).

Exigence

Disponible pour travailler selon un horaire souple pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise (incluant soirs et fins de semaine).
Capacité à soulever des charges et à travailler au froid.
Connaissance des logiciels (Word, Excel, Outlook, accès via) et grande aisance avec l'informatique.
