Responsbilities:

Track Expenses, completing sales tax & payroll tax, receipts, processing payroll (Quickbooks Online)

Accounts receivable:
processing invoices, processing payments for COD customers, following up with collection. Keep Updated.

Accounts payable:

processing statements from suppliers, keeping track of bills and ensuring accurate monthly statements of bills, paying statements to key suppliers on time.

Keep updated.


Overview:

Departmentalizing income/expeneses, reconciling bank statements & credit card statements monthly.


General bookkeeping entries, facilitate daily banking activites such as setting up payments, preparing cheques and related schedules for all bank accounts.

Assiting with payroll transactions and adminstration.


Qualifications:

3-5 Years related experience in bookkeping/Adminstrative/Accounting role.

Proficient in Quickbooks online

General Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Good attitude and high level of personal intiative.

Able to work independtly and in a team enviroment.


Salary:
$22.00-$26.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
