Education and experience in Psychology, Education, or related fields
Formal training and/or experience in counselling
Access to reliable transportation
Ability to develop relationships with students built on rapport and mutual respect
Able to work as a member of the team and also independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students and adults
Enthusiastic and motivated to help students succeed
