    Job title: Business Development Manager

    Description

    Drive sales growth through direct selling efforts in Ontario and Atlantic Canada for the Hospital Channel, including large regional Hospital Networks, Group Purchasing Organizations, and provincial health authorities.

    Create strategic dialogue with decision makers/influencers to position your organization as a preferred partner fulfilling customers' healthcare needs.

    Job Description:



    • Achieve KPIs, sales targets, and quotas for assigned products by continuously monitoring account performance and redirecting efforts when goals are not being met

    • Coordinate with key account management teams to develop relationships with HCPs in hospital settings

    • Identify opportunities to leverage portfolio assets for higher-level access to decision makers within targeted accounts

    • Possess strong business acumen and analytical thinking skills using data-driven insights
