is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist at our Head Office in La Salle, MB

We are expanding our accounting team The Accounts Payable Specialist will be a key member who is an independent self-starter eager to develop within a rapidly growing group of companies.

This person is well organized, has an eye for detail and can get things done accurately and efficiently.

We are looking for an enthusiastic AP Specialist who is ready to join a vibrant team at our head office.

A Day in the Life

Accurate entry, reviewing and coding of supplier invoices.
Investigate and resolve supplier billing discrepancies and errors.
Ensures adherence to internal authorizations and payment controls.
Responsible for vender account maintenance and reconciling payable subledgers to vendor statements.
Weekly issuance of payments according to terms via EFT, credit card, and cheques.
Process and reconcile corporate visa transactions and accounts.
Maintain proper files and supporting documentation.
Complete ad hoc reports and projects as required.

Pay:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
