About the Job

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Managers with market research, development of Opportunity Analyses and pursuit plans.
  • Assist in analyzing the client's requirements to formulate a compliant response.
  • Support Bid Team throughout the RFP submission stage and coordinate deliverables with contributors. This includes creating a responsibility matrix to assign content owners, working with the Proposal Manager to develop a bid plan, and tracking agreed timelines.
  • Review drafts and proofread to ensure accuracy against requirements, grammar, etc.
  • Contribute to knowledge database and proposal template library by identifying reusable proposal content and materials.
  • Maintain bid schedules and update management as needed.
  • Edit and format reports, proposals, and other documents
  • Ability to identify gaps in the current processes and make recommendations on how to improve these issues
  • General sales administrative support, attending meetings, taking minutes.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree (business, marketing, or communications preferred).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Good judgement and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all levels of the organization as well as external teams.
  • Ability to effectively deliver quality work under tight deadlines and a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks.
