Job summary

A boutique corporate securities law firm in downtown Toronto is looking for a junior Legal Assistant with some exposure to corporate or securities law practice.

Responsibilities

  • Providing ongoing legal clerical and administrative support including document management, assist with submission of TSX filings, tracking materials etc.
  • In addition the successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills strong time-management organizational skills flexibility to meet daily needs of the firm proficiency with MS Office experience working in fast paced clerical/administrative role an energetic enthusiastic professional manner.
