Job Duties:


  • Assess the market condition and develop sales plan; Supervise the sales team;
  • Establish sales team, hires the best employee for Panex and develops, promote and retain top talent;
  • Prepare regulations and policies for the sales team, train and supervise sales representatives to follow the rules and policies;
  • Lead the sales team to maintain and grow relationships with local agencies and overseas customers;
  • Analyze the sales performance and provide instructions for improvement;
  • Work with the marketing department to share a proactive approach to attract more potential customers;
  • Plan marketing budgets and monitor sales revenues, keep studying the market and continuous self-update the business knowledge;
  • Collect feedback from business partners;

Qualifications Needed for the Position:


  • Bachelor's Degree;
  • Minimum 5 years sales management experience;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Team management skills
  • Outstanding sales and customers services skills
  • Be able to work under pressure

Salary:
$32.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- sales: 5 years (preferred)
