Description

Become a key player in one of the top performing Midas locations. As a service advisor, you're the person our customers look to when they have vehicle troubles. You're the person our customers see when they make an investment into their vehicle. Because of these reasons, you play an integral role in building relationships with our customers.

Service advisors have the responsibility of walking our customers through the entire repair process - keeping them informed of their vehicle status using digital inspection software and making sure they leave our store satisfied.

Responsibilities:

Greet every customer that enters our facility with a smile
Follow sales process
Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity
Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times
Communicate in person and on the phone in a clear professional manner
Build longterm relationships between the store, yourself and the customer
Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activities
Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
