Sales Administrator to join their team in Toronto.


The
Sales Administrator is responsible for all sales related administrative aspects of the order, licensing, and payment of new and pre-owned vehicles.


Our
Sales Administrators serve as a point of contact for customers with questions about orders and licensing, and provide support for the Sale Representatives.

Job Duties:


  • Process licensing and registration paperwork for new and used vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of vehicle inventory and associated documentation.
  • Communicate with customers and government agencies to resolve any licensingrelated issues or inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Finance departments to coordinate timely and accurate completion of licensing.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Handling customers in a professional manner.
  • Keep up with any changes in licensing regulations and communicate updates to the team.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as required.

What We Look For:

Previous work experience as an automotive Sales Administrator is preferred

  • CDK/One-Eighty knowledge is considered an asset.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking expertise.
  • Detail oriented with good analytical aptitude.
  • Solid time management and decision making capabilities.
  • Effective listening and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with computers and technology.
