The Opportunity
Support the monthly financial reporting, business analysis, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget preparation. Estimate the financial impact of specific business initiatives. Provide analytic expertise to explain and communicate financial results.

The Role

Preparing monthly reporting packages of AORs financial performance versus budget and forecast including updating the fullyear forecast on a quarterly basis.
Assisting the reginal VPs and branches to identify and resolve root causes of actual to plan variances and liaison between the business and finance.
Coordinating and leading full P&L forecasting activities and annual budgeting process by evaluating and recommending modifications to Revenue, COS and SG&A projections and budgets generated by your analysts.
Supporting the business leads in the forecasting and budget process by providing comprehensive review and recommendation on revenue and cost structure findings.
Implementing process improvements and creating standardized financial reporting, reducing duplications, and streamlining workflows within the team.
Maintaining financial models and analysis in support of decision making at Reginal and branch level.
Identifying business issues, proposing and executing solutions.
Preparing ad hoc analysis for RVPs and branches on a regular basis weekly, monthly & quarterly. Developing and maintaining KPI reporting were applicable.
Providing analysis for daytoday activities and in support of annual Strategic planning process.

Education:
University Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent; Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CA, CGA), Masters (MBA)

Work Experience: 5-7 years

Knowledge:

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Experience with Financial Reporting Systems, Strong financial modeling skills, Expertise on financial planning and analysis methods.
