    Job Opportunity

    This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled HR professional to join our organization in the role of Human Resources Generalist.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support to our team, including payroll activities, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and conflict resolution.

    • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with business objectives;
    • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement;

    Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:


    We are looking for a highly organized individual who can manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail. To excel in this position, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, experience working with various software systems (ADP/SAP), knowledge of Canadian employment law regulations,
    solid understanding of organizational planning principles,


      i. Excellent written communication skills;

      • Strong analytical thinking& ability to analyze complex information/recommend improvements
      • Abilityto think critically/problem solve effectively
