Job Description:

Our customer focused Service Department is currently looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

Advisor duties include:

  • Greet all customers promptly and addressing concerns and needs in a courteous manner
  • Write customer repair orders using ERA Ignite
  • Promote required maintenance
  • Verify customer concerns with Technicians, ensuring that the customer's expectations are met.
  • Obtain or update customer information in database
  • Confirming warranty parameters are met with General Motors or extended warranty companies
  • Checking for recalls/service campaigns/service actions and ensuring they are performed while the vehicle is in for service
  • Provide the clients with regular information and update regarding the status of vehicle repairs
  • Work with the parts department to determine parts availability and scheduling of future service appointments

Requirements:


  • Attention to detail
- excellent verbal communication skills

  • Be a team player
  • Previous General Motors experience an asset
  • Min. 5 years Service Advisor experience
