We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Care (ADOC) to join our client's team in Winnipeg.

The ADOC will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the care team, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our clients.


What you will be doing:


  • Provide leadership and direction to the care team, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our clients.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the care team.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to the care team.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns related to the care team.

What you must have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

Salary/Rate Range:
$85,000 - $90,000
