As a Crusher Operator, You Will:

Monitor material quality, inspect and troubleshoot material and equipment
Record information accurately
Daily completion of equipment log
Identify deficiencies and implement a plan for continuous improvement
Coordinate and operate changing crusher cone, jaws and screens as needed
Perform job hazard analysis for each job task
Promote safety awareness; follow company policies and procedures, health, safety and environment
Act in accordance with OH&S Legislation and Practices
Perform other plant and yard duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

Experience in crushing and screen plants
Welding and mechanical skills, considered an asset
Ability to operate a loader considered an asset
Dependable and reliable
Proven safety record and excellent compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations for Mines and Mining plants
Working knowledge of environmental policies, standards, and best practices
Common Core training, considered an asset
Valid drivers license with a clean abstract and daily access to a vehicle
Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
Willingness to extended hours, nights and weekends as the schedule demands
Ability to work independently
