KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Talent Management & Recruitment Associate, you will:

  • First and foremost, work collaboratively as a member of our team to provide exceptional, timely management of client files and accounts.
  • Support team members with various assignments as required (sourcing, screening, background checks, client meetings, references, job postings, etc. we win together, as a team and support one another as each of our workloads varies).
  • Provide coverage for team members as required.
  • Communicate regularly with all Recruiters to understand new hire start dates and update talent management/onboarding schedule accordingly.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on best practices in talent management, including recruiting, onboarding, employee development, and retention.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their talent management needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Build strong relationships and partnerships with clients.
  • Communicate regularly and in a timely fashion with clients to foster strong relationships.
  • Discover hiring needs through leading and participating in recruitment intake meetings.
  • Promote Hughes Recruitment within your network.

QUALIFICATIONS
As a Talent Management & Recruitment Associate, you will ideally bring:

  • Hands-on experience with various recruitment methods and tools.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Strong decisionmaking skills and ability to work independently.
  • An ability to handle confidential information and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Experience in an Administrative, Talent Management or Human Resources role as an
  • Higher education in Human Resources or Recruitment such as the RPR (Registered Professional Recruiter), or a Diploma in Human Resources as an asset.
