What does a Sales Manager with Paul Davis do?

  • Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling
  • Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-ToBusiness visits
  • Manage lead generation activities as part of a greater sales strategy
  • Utilize technology to upload contacts to a CRM, managed contact campaigns, customize and utilize marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
  • Collaborate with other Paul Davis business units, maximizing opportunities to grow the brand locally and in some cases on a regional and national basis
  • Attend business networking functions to promote value to potential clients
  • Coordinate and manage marketing/branding events, followup on leads, and facilitate new client relationships
  • Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested
  • Continuously learn about improving results, setting and hitting goals on a regular basis
  • Meet regularly with the General Manager to review activities, goals, results and opportunities

Team Compensation and Benefits:

  • Sound planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer service focused background
  • Outside sales experience in a construction, insurance claims and/or commercial services environment preferred
  • Selfdirected with exceptional initiative
