Coach

Part-Time Women's Artistic Gymnastics Level 2-3 Coach (Flexible hours)
Dynamo is seeking part-time Competition 1 (NCCP 2) coaches to complement our amazing team.

Dynamo has developed an award-winning, curriculum based program, that offers the fundamentals of gymnastics, and the progressions to achieve advanced and competitive level goals.

Dynamo Gymnastics fosters an athlete-centered approach to coaching and a work environment that encourages professional development and personal growth.

Dynamo's 23,000 square foot high-performance training facility, featuring air-conditioning, all-new FIG-approved equipment, comfortable parent viewing / lobby area and an energetic, professional working environment for staff.

Requirements:

• Show genuine passion about developing an athlete's gymnastics knowledge
• Teach proper body awareness, conditioning and technique driven training
• Empower athletes to prepare mentally and physically for competition
• Confident in their coaching ability, yet open and adaptable to new ideas.
• Minimum NCCP Competition 1 or 2 (Level 2 WAG & Trampoline)

(NCCP Level 3 WAG & Trampoline is an asset)

• Risk Management & Respect in Sport Certification
• Standard First Aid and CPR Certification
