Director of Opperations
Content Lead
Graphic Design Lead

Such co-founders will help develop Uther into the next 9 figure golf company.

Content Lead Duties

Develop and execute video content strategies tailored for TikTok platform.
Create engaging and viralworthy video concepts that resonate with the target audience.
Lead brainstorming sessions for creative video ideas and trends.
Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop partnerships and collaborations to expand video content reach.

Content Lead Qualifications

You are eager to work 50 hours a week, sharing the vision of building the next 9 figure golf brand
The position will be a hybrid of remote work + in the office / warehouse in Toronto, ON
Must be comfortable recording videos on camera and being the face of the brand online

Compensation

As a cofounder, you will be receiving considerable equity compensation. This role is best suited for those seeking maximum longer term compensation and aim to have their own million dollar exit in 5 years

Salary:
$45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
