Our company is looking for a Salon Coordinator to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers to floor and ensure they are taken in a timely manner. make clients feel comfortable while waiting for service.
  • Ensure clean, fullystocked appearance of the salon.
  • Drive sales by reinforcing crossselling, retail sales, target program and customer service.
  • Responsible for opening and closing salon.
  • Handle any customer problems/complaints and works to resolve as quickly as possible to their satisfaction.
  • Complete managerial duties that encompass the supervision salon staff including open & closing of the salon.
  • Order and maintain inventory (retail and bulk); Code and sign invoices.
  • Reception duties greet guests, schedule appointments, check guests out after service.
  • Support the Manager with budget review.

Salary:
$18.50-$20.25 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
