Cash App Specialist (6-month contract) - Brampton, ON

Responsibilities (Duties may include but not limited to):

  • Attend to customer/branch issues as needed
  • Accountable for ensuring that all tasks are completed and inline with corporate policies, procedures & SLA's
  • Able to research, reconcile/analyze account ledgers
  • Download and process daily cash files
  • Ad hoc requests as necessary

Qualifications:


  • 35 years Cash App/AR experience
  • Advanced systems and computer skills including Word and Excel
  • Accounting background required
  • Experience using JD Edwards or other ERP an asset.
  • Detail oriented and able to effectively organize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated desire to learn and adapt quickly
  • Strong communication (verbal/written and spoken) in English, French language is an asset
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative to propose and implement new processes/procedures
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
