Review and approve incoming vendor estimates to ensure quality and technical competence.
Providing Scope review and seek clarity from the vendor on estimates, negotiate costs with vendors/contractors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in building construction as a project manager or as a senior property adjuster with an insurance carrier
