Translating business needs into analytics requirements to support decisions and workflows with required information

  • Developing and building frameworks and processes to analyze unstructured data as well as data from traditional sources
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions.
  • Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets that could be helpful for the business. Preparing reports that effectively communicate trends and patterns and make recommendations.
  • Derive actionable insights from data sets
  • Delivering final reports and presentations (category overview as well as issuebased) building a story and final recommendations
  • Mentoring junior team members as well as provide guidance to peers
  • Improve, automate, and simplify existing reporting, and ensure it is clearly communicated to stakeholders in business context.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Familiarity with concepts like customer lifecycle management and customer lifetime value
  • Plans, coordinates, and conducts a variety of specialized professional activities involved in the research, collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of data and statistics to provide information and assistance for institutional planning issues, decisionmaking, and program planning.
  • Responds to and evaluates ad hoc requests for data, statistical analysis, research projects, and studies; prepares requests for processing; arranges and maintains project schedules and timelines; designs strategies to complete assignments
  • Evaluate and respond to requests for research support. Designs, develops, and conducts advanced research projects and activities; works independently with requestors to clarify their needs and optimize the utility of research results.
  • Writes research reports containing descriptive, analytical, and evaluative content including the preparation of conclusions and forecasts based on data summaries and other findings.
  • Collaborates with business leaders in the design, development, and implementation of research projects; advises stakeholders concerning valid research design and data collection, appropriate use of data and research results in generating recommendations.
  • Develops and implements analysis plans for complex data sets; examines and integrates information from various sources and of variable quality; provides insights based on systematic assessment of qualitative and quantitative data; evaluates regular research operations routinely to recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Provides conceptual ideas from research perspectives and supplies data evidence assisting with decisionmaking.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Support the Sr. Manager, Consumer Insights and Market Research with larger analytics projects and adhoc requests
This position is a one (1) year contract with a possibility of extension based on business needs.

Job Qualification

  • 4 to 5 years of demonstrated success and experience in relevant field Data Analysis, Consumer Research
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multitask
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical packages, databases, and business research tools acumen
  • Familiarity with CRM programs
  • Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling, and mining
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Project Management skills and exceptional organizational skills. Ability to command many details simultaneously.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment; work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams; and ensure high quality deliverables with high attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of PowerBI and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Working knowledge of the principles, practices, procedures, and techniques involved in the research, collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of statistical data.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis, longitudinal, and program evaluation studies.
  • Experience with people leadership
  • Strong knowledge and experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods and approaches
  • Sound knowledge of emerging market research technique
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills with the ability to execute initiatives with excellence
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to work within crossfunctional, diverse teams and provide influential presentations that can be received by all levels of the organization
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills with a keen ability to articulate and translate data insights into compelling, actionable recommendations
