Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator for one of our clients in North York.

As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and products according to blueprints and specifications.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Duties:

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Measure and mark dimensions and reference points on metal materials
Cut, shape, and bend metal using various tools such as calipers, power tools, and hand tools
Weld or join metal components together using welding techniques
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes

Experience:

Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator or similar role
Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment operation
Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in metal fabrication
Ability to operate cranes and forklifts safely
Attention to detail and precision in measuring, cutting, and shaping metal materials
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
