We're an 8-figure direct-response eCommerce brand and we're looking for a reliable Ad Uploading VA to join our team part-time.
This role is 100% focused on uploading finalized ads into Meta Ads Manager. No optimization. No strategy. No media buying decisions. Just clean, disciplined execution.If you're detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy structured tasks this is for you
What You'll Be Doing
Your sole responsibility will be:
- Uploading finalized creatives into Meta Ads Manager
- Inputting primary text and headlines exactly as provided
- Following strict campaign naming conventions
- Duplicating ads correctly when required
- Ensuring everything is set up cleanly and accurately
- Launching ads at the end of the day once creatives are approved
You are not responsible for:
- Optimizing campaigns
- Adjusting budgets
- Analyzing performance
- Strategic media buying decisions
Why This Role Matters:
Even though the task is simple, execution must be flawless.
You are in charge of uploading ads into an ad account spending thousands a day. Over 90% of campaign clarity depends on how accurately ads are uploaded and structured.
We run a high-volume creative testing machine. Usually ads per day. We have a very strong system where you will be solely copy, pasting and uploading.
Schedule & Availability:
- 1–2 hours per day
- 7 days per week
Ads are launched by the end of the night.
This is a perfect opportunity if you want a structured, consistent part-time role.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 months experience inside Meta Ads Manager
- Must understand basic campaign / ad set / ad structure
- Comfortable navigating Business Manager
- Detailoriented and organized
