You will work from your computer for the duration of your shift and regularly work 40 hours per week with a minimum of 8 hours on Saturdays and Mondays.

Passionate about customer service and helping others.
Above-average computer skills, including typing 35 wpm after errors.
A two-week training program is provided to learn the role.
