Canadian Tire Meadowvale is currently looking for a
Service Advisor to join our team in Mississauga. Our
Service Advisor are one of the first points of contact with customers who bring their vehicles in for service.


They are responsible for advising customers on the necessary services required for their vehicle, as well keeping with routine maintenance.

The
Service Advisor will also advise customers on other available services, book appointments, and build lasting relationships.


Job Duties:


  • Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Dealing with customer's inquiries and concerns.
  • Follow up with the progress of each repair order during the day.
  • Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments.
  • Additional duties as assinged.

Previous Service Advisor experience is required

  • Strong technical/mechanical knowledge is required.
  • A valid G driver's license and clean drivers' abstract.
  • Strong organizational skills.
