Modern office setting

Responsibilities:

Support the Immigration Consultants on their daily work
Draft support letters, and submissions to IRCC
Creating and updating case records in our case management systems
Oversee and review files of other case workers and team members
Coordinate with the client to request information and documents
Conduct extensive knowledge of different immigration programs such as Temporary visas, Economic class categories and business/entrepreneur categories and LMIA
General office administrative duties
Arabic / Tagalog is an advantage but not a must

Salary:
$15.50-$17.00 per hour
