As a Meat Cutter, you would have to perform the following duties: Use Power grinders and slicing machines to grind meats and slice cooked meats Cut and trim meat and poultry for self service counters or on customers demand Supervise other Meat cutters if necessary Prepare standard cuts of meat and poultry Checkout the food storage conditions on regular basis Keep all records of sales and determine the cost, product line and freshness of product as per company and customer requirement Manage Inventory Requirements for the position: No education required On the job training will be providedJob Terms:
