Job summary
We are seeking a litigation associate whose practice will focus on insolvency, foreclosures, and commercial litigation.Our intermediate litigation associates have conduct of their own files (for cases of appropriate complexity) and assist senior counsel with aspects of more complex files.
- The ideal candidate will be a 3-to-8 year call who has previous experience in these practice areas.Experience with foreclosures,receiverships,and proceedings under the BIAand CCAAwould be valuable background skills to have.
