This role is a 2-month contract and reports into the Director, Treasury & Credit Management.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following duties/tasks:
- Reviewing and cataloguing physical documents
- Scanning documents to shared drives for easy accessibility
- Maintaining an effective filing system, both electronic and physical
- Communicating and interacting with internal contacts
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 3 months' administrative experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
