Position Description

Position Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and safely deliver parts to customers using company vehicles, adhering to delivery schedules and routes.
  • Verify and review orders, ensuring accurate quantities and part numbers before delivery.
  • Load and unload parts from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including invoices, receipts, and delivery logs.
  • Collaborate with the parts department to track inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
  • Perform regular inventory checks, ensuring adequate stock levels and reporting any discrepancies or shortages.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring parts are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
  • Assist with packaging and shipping parts orders, including preparing shipments and coordinating with courier services.
  • Inspect incoming parts for damage or defects, reporting any issues to the parts department.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Additional duties may be required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a parts department or related field.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in using handheld devices and GPS for route navigation.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
