Description
Program, Edit, set up, and run CNC lathes and mills without assistance.

Mill Experience would be an asset as this is where most of your time will be spent.

Assist in training Apprentices and troubleshooting for operators.

operate 2 axis lathes and 4 axis mills.

1) Be proficient at measuring

2) Be punctual

3) Have a good attitude and be willing to learn

4) have experience with HAAS Machines

steel toed boot must be provided by employee but all other basic safety equipment will be supplied by the company

willing to work overtime on rare occasions an asset


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$30.00-$40.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- machinist: 5 years (preferred)
