What You Will Do:


In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level strategic administrative support to the Medical Senior Business Unit Director.

As a member of the Leadership team, you will provide professional, timely and proactive support in drafting collaborative communications and administrative support.


Additional responsibilities may require you to:

  • Manage, coordinate an execute all Medical midyear sales meetings, National Sales Meetings and Leadership Meetings.
  • Manage calendars, including scheduling of all meetings, coordinating visits with internal/external contacts, booking appointments, making all travel arrangements for the Senior Business Unit Director.
  • Manage internal communications channels between the Senior Business Unit Director and their team. Responsibilities include creating content and delivery of content.
  • Generate content for communications and other deliverables such as business unit reviews & townhalls.
  • Represent, communicate, and implement the Stryker design and brand management concept. Provide communication design, layout and formatting through the use of Marketo.
  • Manage distribution lists across all Business Unit channels.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters as part of daily administrative duties, as well as prepare and coordinate materials for presentations and meetings.
  • Support the onboarding of all new sales representative across the Business Units. This includes but is not limited to hardware, swag and onboarding schedules.

What You Need:


  • Required_**:
  • Postsecondary education
  • 3+ years' prior providing seniorlevel administrative support
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Marketo
  • Experience in planning and executing complex team meetings.
  • Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered_
