Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing? ActiveCo Technology Management is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in generating and sharing content, analyzing social data, supporting marketing efforts, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities and Duties:


Generate, edit, publish, and share regularly scheduled content on our external channels, including the website, e-newsletters, print materials, social media, and video platforms.

Capture and analyze social data, metrics, insights, and best practices to optimize our marketing strategies.
Assist in the development of sales and marketing documentation and collateral, including digital assets and online systems.
Coordinate and manage relationships with external services for web, print, or other marketing content production.
Support website content management and assist in executing the content development strategy.
Assist in tradeshow and events coordination, ensuring a seamless and impactful presence.
Collaborate in the production of sales presentations, leveraging product stories and other marketing assets.
Contribute to the execution of our continuing education programs, ensuring ongoing professional development.


Requirements:

A marketing diploma or degree, or equivalent experience in the marketing industry.
Working proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as WordPress, and Keynote/PowerPoint. (Adobe After Effects and Premier experience is an asset as well.)
Thorough understanding of social media platforms, management, and strategy.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills including; verbal, copywriting, technical writing, and editing.
Relentless attention to detail, including visual and written proofing and editing skills.
Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
