    Job title: Inside Sales Representative

    • Our team members work directly with customers for inquiries, sales service and warranty troubleshooting technical problems.
    • Key responsibilities include generating Sales Quotes, Processing follow up on Sales Order Entries Warranty Claims update existing orders as required, Developing customer Delivery Schedules and Managing forecasts quoting order process product returns Research generate new Customer leads contacts Attend trade shows industry conferences requested

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    1. A minimum of 1 year in Sales Customer Service is preferred. A Grade 12 Diploma is also essential.
