Description
The role of this Administrator is to support the invoicing and related documentation for GFL Liquids Division.


Key Responsibilities:

Enter data into company operational management system (OMS) for invoicing
Review paperwork from each job, ensure the required documents and information is available, and enter data for invoicing, including providing back-up documentation to the client
Request system edits, revisions or editions as needed
Assist in Up-dates to OMS system for pricing annually or when contracts expire
Follow up with Operations when information is missing (i.e. weights, hours/times)
Follow up with MHSW Program Leads and Customer Service when pricing or contract clarification is required
Understand the specific needs of clients to correctly send documents to clients as required and upon request
Ensure data is extracted from other company databases and is entered into the Weigh Report
Respond to specific invoice clients through their portals which includes Product Care Association (PCA), Automotive Stewardship (AMS), Stewardship Ontario (SO) and Call 2 Recycle (C2R)
Work on a team to support company invoicing across Ontario
To assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor or designate


Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

College graduate in Office Administration or similar area of study
Must have previous experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Previous experience with operating systems (ex SAP) is an asset
Previous Accounting experience is an asset
Previous experience working as part of a large team
Previous Waste Management experience is an asset
Must be detail-oriented and problem solve/solution issues as they arise
Must be flexible to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment and work with mínimal supervision
