Video - More Than a Window
We are looking for a
Team Leader to join the Quality Assurance team on the day shift.

As the Team Leader you will work with the team to ensure the product we make meets our customers expectations in both performance and aesthetics, through auditing the process, and performing operational tests on the windows and doors we build.

Shift:
Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

You will be responsible to:

Work closely with the Group Leader to promote and meet department goals on both the day and evening shift
Support the Group Leader with performance management including orientation management and performance reviews
Assume leadership responsibilities as needed
Facilitate safety and wellbeing of team members
Contribute and lead problem solving processes and investigations
Monitor production processes using Quality Assurance standards
Assist with quality related lineside support
Partner with manufacturing in training and development
Facilitate and participate in continuous improvement activities
Champion regulatory requirements (process documentation, testing, thirdparty auditing)
Work staggered hours as required to support the evening shift
