La Casa Dolce is looking for addition to our cake decorating/pastry staff for the holiday season.


Duties:

Filling and masking cream cakes:

Cake decorating on birthday and custom cakes

Ability to work with fondant and sculpting figures:

Cake inscriptions:

Piping Skills on cakes, cupcakes, and cookies

Working in high-pace environment with time management as a priority

Other tasks as required

Qualifications:

Minimum two years work experience in the field:

Cream flowers:

Custom fondant artwork:

Ability to match colours of icing to customer's request:

Ability to work with commercial machinery:

Airbrushing skills
