About the Role:

What You'll Do:

Leasing Inquiries and Prospecting:

Manage and promptly respond to prospective leasing inquiries.
Play a key role in maintaining accurate suite availability and pricing sheets, ensuring seamless communication with prospective tenants.

Suite Showings and Presentation:

Schedule and confirm appointments with residents, prospects and site staff for property viewings, ensuring utilization of Salesforce for prospect tracking and streamlined communications.
Conduct engaging and informative suite showings, catering to both inperson and virtual formats.
Showcase property features, amenities and company story while addressing prospect queries to inspire confidence in their leasing decision.

Lease Documentation and Resident Selection:

Generate lease documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policy and Residential Tenancy Act requirements.

Leasing Performance Analysis:

Utilize Salesforce and other data driven software to report on leasing analysis, measuring and benchmarking the performance of each building.
Assist in the creation of weekly reports, catering to internal and external stakeholders to provide wins, insights, high level feedback, and leasing performance relative to budget.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:

Collaborate in updating marketing channels to ensure that the portfolio maintains a strong online presence, across various marketing channels for all suite listings.
Collect and analyze market comparable data on a biweekly basis to identify trends and insights in existing and upcoming markets.
Participate in quarterly competitor tours, providing feedback and compiling information for crossfunctional teams.

What you Bring:

One (1) year of experience in a customerfocused role;
Ability to work Sunday-Thursday, 9:30am6:00pm;
Demonstrated ability to communicate intently and work collaboratively to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction;
Demonstrated ability to provide humancentered solutions and adapt to changing needs;
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively;
Experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, Rent Sync, or UA/Zonda will be considered an asset;
Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act will be considered an asset;
Prior experience in property management, residential leasing, and/or financial analysis will be considered an asset.
